The 6005 Food Service Series is a versatile general-purpose sensor for temperature measurement of gas, air or liquid in a variety of food service applications. QTI is able to customize these assemblies with an NTC thermistor, RTD or thermocouple sensing element. Housing material and size can also be specified. QTI can customize these sensors in a variety of ways. Sensor resistance values and accuracy, as well as termination type, cable length, housing style, and wire style are all able to be specified.
